Workmap

Give your team 15 minutes each.
See where the hours bleed.

Workmap interviews every employee on their phone, in English or Hebrew. No prep, no workshops, no consultants shadowing anyone. It maps each repetitive process with tools, hours and cost, then hands you an automation plan ranked by money.

How this report is built
InterviewsEach employee talks through a real workday, 15 minutes on their phone.
Processes mappedEvery repetitive task is captured with tools, frequency and hours.
Cross-person synthesisChains that span people are stitched together and priced.
Automation planRanked candidates become a concrete proposal with a payback figure.

Four screens from a real audit

Kite Systems is a company we invented so we could publish one. The interview, the arithmetic and the report are exactly what a paying client gets.

The Workmap interview on a phone: the interviewer asks what triggers a pricing quote, and the employee answers in their own words.

The interview

Employees answer on their own phone, one question at a time, with no prep and no meeting in the calendar. The interviewer follows what it hears rather than working through a form: this one caught the words “pricing quote” and asked what has to happen before one gets written.

Report sheets scroll sideways

Every repetitive hour the team described, priced at the company’s own blended hourly cost. The basis is printed under the number, and the column of workings adds up to the figure sitting beside it.

Found money panel: $392,585 automatable cost per year, with hours mapped, blended hourly rate, and a line-by-line build-up that totals the same figure.

Every mapped process ranked by how automatable it is, then by what it costs per month. The dashed frame is the pilot shortlist: the high-feasibility work worth at least half of the best candidate.

Priority ledger: processes ranked within feasibility tiers, each row showing the tools involved, monthly hours and monthly cost.

Handoffs stitched together from interviews that never mentioned each other, with the waiting time between every step. Nobody inside the company sees a chain like this end to end, which is the reason it never gets fixed.

Chain view: a lead handoff running Noa to Eran and back to Noa, with the wait between each step marked and an 88 hour worst-case total.

How the money works

  1. A paid audit, credited forward

The audit has a small fixed fee, and the full amount is credited against your first automation. If you go ahead, the discovery was free. If you stop after the audit, you keep the full report.

  2. Fixed fee per automation, paid on acceptance

Every automation gets a one-line success definition pulled from your own audit data, and the fee is due when that definition is met. Not on delivery, on acceptance.

  3. A small monthly fee per working automation

If an automation breaks and stays broken, that month is free.

We lose money when it does not work, which is exactly why it will. Ask any other vendor to take that deal.

The reasoning behind all of this is written out at length in the guides, including what we refuse to automate and who should not buy an audit at all.
